 Do you like fun, cool, underground events in Denver, CO? Join me for this Saturday’s RiNo Open Studio event.  Tour RiNo district and see what you’ve been missing.  The event begins on Saturday at 12:00pm (noon for those who can never figure out am/pm means noon , like me) and ends at 5:00pm.

Grab your map and head out to tour crazy, artist studios that are rarely open to normal visitors.

Nick reminded me that when interest rates are low buyers can afford a higher priced home but when the interest rate shifts buyers purchasing power decreases.
